The house is on a fully enclosed 1/4 acre block, with gates providing access to both the front and rear streets - perfect for parking cars and boats. The backyard contains a large fully paved area with outdoor furniture and barbeque.

New 2nd Bathroom

Ok, so we have been listening.... Our guests have been requesting a second bathroom for about 2 years now. An we are finally in a position to deliver! The new bathroom is located next to the side door (beside the existing toilet) and will contain:

Shower
Vanity, and
Toilet

It will be a little smaller than the main bathroom, but will provide an excellent second option. Below is a photo of the cleared out room, and we will be updating this post over the next few weeks to keep all up to date on the progress.
